A Bit About Me

I’ve spent a lifetime in leadership—including more than 30 years in the New Zealand Army, across a range of roles in planning, strategy, and leading people through change.
What’s always guided me is a deep belief in the power of good leadership—leadership that’s thoughtful, human, and focused on making things better. Over the years, I’ve lead at the coalface as well as executing organisational strategy. I'm at my best helping people and teams navigate complexity and turn big ideas into practical action.
Learning has always run alongside my work. I hold a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Management, I’m a 500-hour qualified yoga teacher, and a Coach Master Academy trained executive coach.
These days, I have a portfolio approach to my career enabling me to focus on supporting people and leaders as a coach, contractor and consultant—helping them turn strategy into action, build strong cultures, and lead through change with clarity and purpose.
Outside of work, you’ll find me travelling, teaching yoga, or on long walks with good friends—refilling the tank so I can do this work well.
One of my favourite roles is as an organiser of Women of Pōneke, a social movement that aims to uplift, support and connect the women of Wellington.
